Dean has worked in I.T. for over 25 years, the last 17 of which have been dedicated to the running of Complete IT Management & Support. He also has a diverse range of experience in other industries which have helped him fashion an in depth understanding of the many different people and businesses he currently works with.
Dean has spent the majority of his early working life at the front line of customer service and from the age of 15 began his real life education doing part time jobs in sales (at a Myer department store), as a petrol station attendant, a DJ, waiter and pool lifeguard. Life experience has always been at the forefront of Dean’s aspirations as well as a burning desire to meet interesting people and explore the world.
At the same time, Dean pursued his academic studies and achieved a Bachelor of Science degree, a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Diploma in Leadership & Management.
By the time Dean had entered the I.T. profession, he was broadly versed with interpersonal skills, sales experience, operational knowledge and a solid appreciation of logistics, all of which were to be essential qualities in understanding how successful businesses work.
Today Dean is an Apple Certified Support Specialist and a member of the Apple Consultants Network. With his unique skill set and deeply caring nature Dean supports many businesses to simplify their technology and implement systems that work.
